COMPOSITE ENGINEERING

We design and manufacture advanced lightweight structural and non-structural composites for a wide range of applications across the automotive, motorsport, aerospace, marine, defence and other specialist sectors. We are the first UK composites business certified to IATF 16949 and are leading the development of innovative manufacturing processes, such as sustainable and recyclable composites.

We are the largest UK manufacturing operation using state of the art processing to deliver the highest quality parts made from autoclave cured pre-impregnated materials. This process is the highest performing, most reliable and best established within the composites industry today.  Our team has the skills and experience to offer a one stop solution with in house design & engineering; tooling production, prototype & first off manufacture leading into volume production.

Our clients include nearly every leading UK vehicle manufacturer: Aston Martin, Lotus, Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover and McLaren.  We create beautiful interior and exterior visual carbon trim, as well as lightweight composite bodywork and have the capability to create structural components and full monococque composite chassis too.

In aerospace we have created first class cabins for the Boeing Dreamliner; components for helicopters, drones and satellites.  In the marine sector we are currently supplying the Royal Navy with structural composites and have created components for racing yachts.  As you would expect we are vastly experienced in motorsport composite production, supplying our own race and rally teams with all their composite requirements, including all the components on the latest Aston Martin Vantage GTE.
