Prodrive Composites is the largest UK manufacturing operation using state of the art processing to deliver the highest quality parts made from autoclave cured pre-impregnated materials. This process is the highest performing, most reliable and best established within the composites industry today.

FIVE AXIS MACHINING
We have two large Belotti five axis mills: 4m x 2.6m x 1.3m. These can be used for pattern making or machine trimming of finished components.
3D PRINTING
We have two FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printers:
Omni 500mm x 500mm x 500mm
Swisstech: 310mm x 215mm x 310mm
PAINT & LACQUERING
We have a dedicated building with spray booths and prep and polishing areas allowing us to clear or colour coat lacquer or paint components ready for fitment.
