In the automotive sector our clients include nearly all the UK’s leading sports and luxury car manufacturers, including Aston Martin, Lotus, Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover, and McLaren. We create beautiful interior and exterior visual carbon trim, as well as lightweight composite bodywork and have the capability to create full monocoque composite chassis. We are able to produce full visual carbon bodywork and create unique coloured carbon finishes and have now developed our own patented process for creating recyclable composites and increasingly use natural fibres to replace carbon.

​Our composites business is the first in the UK certified to IATF 16949.  We manage the whole process from component design and production of the tooling, to volume manufacture with CNC machine trimming and thanks to our new paintshop can supply components ready for fitment on the production line with a clear coat lacquer or painted finish.  We will also provide delivery and logistics support.

What has proved of particular interest to vehicle manufacturers is our patented component fixing process which significantly reduces the cost of carbon trim components and makes fixing them as simple as any plastic injection moulded component.  Using this process we can create full carbon packs for limited editions, which can be fitted post production without the requirement for rehomologation. This is proving increasingly popular on special limited edition models.
