Prodrive Advanced Technology's fast paced nature and flat organisational structure provides a unique opportunity for graduate engineers. The combination of a wide range of engineering projects  creates an exciting foundation for accelerated graduate development.

You will be given real responsibility, right from the start allowing you to make an immediate and positive impact on engineering projects and the business as a whole. Throughout your time on the graduate scheme, you will be matched with a Technical Mentor to support and guide you at Prodrive and in your professional development.

A Buddy Scheme, also operates alongside this to help you find your feet in the workplace and have a point of contact to ask questions. This is usually a recent Graduate Engineer to help you navigate your first few months.

The extensive range of engineering projects also gives Prodrive the ability to tailor your experience with the opportunity for graduate placements across Advanced Technology to help develop a comprehensive set of skills and experiences.

The application window for our 2023 Advanced Technology Graduate Scheme is now open.

We welcome quality applications from any engineering discipline, but this year we are particularly looking to add exceptional graduate capability to our Mechanical, Controls, Electrical & Electronics, Simulation & Analysis teams. If you think your academic background is relevant, if you are keen to work in an interesting engineering environment, and if you want to make a difference, then we would like to hear from you.

The window will be open until 28 April 2023, and successful applicants will then be invited to an Assessment Centre where they will have the chance to impress us with your knowledge, skills and approach. There are multiple roles available, all starting in September 2023.
