Throughout your time on the graduate scheme, you will be matched with a Technical Mentor to support and guide you at Prodrive and in your professional development. 

 

A Buddy Scheme, also operates alongside this to help you find your feet in the workplace and have a point of contact to ask questions. This is usually a recent Graduate Engineer to help you navigate your first few months.
