ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
GRADUATE SCHEME
Prodrive Advanced Technology's fast paced nature and flat organisational structure provides a unique opportunity for graduate engineers. The combination of a wide range of engineering projects creates an exciting foundation for accelerated graduate development.
You will be given real responsibility, right from the start allowing you to make an immediate and positive impact on engineering projects and the business as a whole. Throughout your time on the graduate scheme, you will be matched with a Technical Mentor to support and guide you at Prodrive and in your professional development.
A Buddy Scheme, also operates alongside this to help you find your feet in the workplace and have a point of contact to ask questions. This is usually a recent Graduate Engineer to help you navigate your first few months.
The extensive range of engineering projects also gives Prodrive the ability to tailor your experience with the opportunity for graduate placements across Advanced Technology to help develop a comprehensive set of skills and experiences.
