We increase performance, lower emissions, reduce mass and achieve lightweighting through the use of aluminium and titanium, using both machining and additive manufacturing techniques.
A state-of-the-art clean room and on-site manufacturing facilities mean we can fast track programmes from concept to production, delivering finished systems directly to the production line.

DUAL-STAGE ACTIVE REAR WING
With forces of up to 6000N on the rear wing, we brought knowledge from outside the automotive industry to design and make this active aero system. Delivering finished parts direct to the factory production line.
LAND ROVER BAR AMERICA'S CUP
We developed all the control systems for the Land Rover BAR America's Cup yacht. Our hydraulic systems controlled the foils, enabling Sir Ben Ainslie's team to precisely balance the boat to optimise its performance.
