We have extensive experience of managing low volume production programmes. From the manufacturer of limited edition cars in volumes of between 100 and 5000 vehicles, to the production of complex vehicle systems and complete modules ready for fitment on the production line.

Thanks to our motorsport programmes, we have extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities. This includes machineshop with the latest automated five axis mills and lathes; one of the most comprehensive fabrication departments in the UK, the ability to manufacture full vehicle wiring harnesses to aerospace standards and our own electronic modules and a large clean room for the assembly of complex hydraulic systems.

We can create dedicated assembly lines and production areas within our own or customers premises, or can source a third party to help in the assembly process.

Following a design and development programme, we carried out the production of up to 25 interior modules a week for the Range Rover SVAutobiography.  Some of the componentry is made with our in house machine shop while the rest is sourced through approved Jaguar Land Rover suppliers.  The units are manufactured to the exacting standards you would expect of one of the most luxurious cars in the world.

We helped Ford create the first hybrid Transit van and as part of this programme built 27 vehicles to take part in year long trials in London with real life customers to prove out the technology prior to the vehicles going into full production in 2019.  We assembled the entire hybrid power and drivetrain as well as completing the full assembly of the vehicles ready for delivery to the users in the city.

We helped Jaguar Land Rover develop the first Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate.  At the time it was not possible to put this vehicle down the standard production line so we set up and ran a dedicated assembly line at our own facility, building five vehicles a week.

We developed the electro-hydraulic control system for the most sophisticated active aero system on any road car.  We then manufactured more than 400 of the systems and supplied them ready to fit to the vehicle on the production line in the UK.  We have now constructed a new clean room at our headquaters in Banbury to carry out a similar programme for another hypercar.
