PRODRIVE 115

The new Prodrive 115 silencer has been homologated by the FIM for 500cc engines and is now available to speedway and other track racing riders.

The Prodrive 115 meets the new FIM 115dB noise limit which comes into effect on 1 January 2010, but has little or no impact on the performance of the engine compared to existing silencers. Independent dyno testing carried out by Peter Johns Racing has shown the power and torque of the Prodrive 115 is nearly identical to existing silencers and significantly better than the only other FIM 115dB homologated silencer currently available. The Prodrive design also means only minor changes are needed to engine set-up while the unit is fully interchangeable with all existing exhaust pipes. The Prodrive 115 also has no impact on engine running temperature.
