It was a dramatic second round at the 1000 km Monza seeing Jan Charouz and Stefan Mücke finishing eighth in the LMP1 one class gaining a valuable one point.

Dean Canto and Luke Youlden will join Ford Performance Racing for the 2008 V8 Supercar endurance races. This highly experienced duo will join FPR full season drivers Steve Richards and Mark Winterbottom at the inaugural L&H 500 at Phillip Island in Victoria on September 14 and the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 on October 12.

Prodrive picked up two awards at this year’s Autosport show.

The Prodrive-run Aston Martin Racing will return to Le Mans in 2008 to defend its GT1 title in thedistinctive blue and orange livery of Gulf Oil International as the two organisations embark on a multi-year partnership.
