COMPOSITE FACILITIES

Our 1,600 square metre purpose-built facility is located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and supplies advanced composites for our own race and rally programmes as well as for external customers in the automotive, aerospace and marine industries.

The facility contains:

• Clean room with temperature and humidity control
• Split Oven (2 m x 3 m)
• Three autoclaves
       -3.5 m diameter x 5 m in length
       -1.8 m diameter x 4 m in length
       -1 m diameter x 2 m in length
• CNC kit cutting machine
• Separate seal and release room
• Trim shop with separate extraction, bonding and assembly rooms
• Separate debag and core preparation rooms
• Quality control
• Mould storage
• CNC machineshop 2, 3, 4 & 5 axis 24 hrs a day
• ISO9001-2000 approved
