SUPPORT

From the first contact, our customers are assigned a support team, including a dedicated account manager. They provide access to our range of support services including rebuilds, on event technical support and driver training.

During 2009, our support engineers attended more than 200 events across the world helping customers to get the most out of their Prodrive rally cars.  Their role is to fit in seamlessly within our customers' teams during a rally. They can assume the role of chief engineer, working with the driver during shakedown to fine tune the set-up to match the prevailing weather and road conditions.  They will then monitor the smooth running of the car during the event.   We would recommend an engineer for each World Rally Car and one per team for Group N.

 

At Prodrive, we understand the difference a well trained and fit driver can make, which is why we offer a range of driver training and performance services.  For new customers, we run a half-day familiarisation course on their car to introduce them to the controls and functions on the Impreza.  Our test driver also gives an insight into just what the latest specification Impreza is capable of.

We also offer more formal driver training in the UK or overseas. Customers can use our own Impreza WRC test driver to assess their own skills and then give advice and practical demonstrations on how to extract more performance from the vehicle.
